Security (Hosted Solutions)
For the fastest implementation, customers can choose one of our hosted security solutions, all of which are hosted on Google Cloud. All of our hosted solutions use state of the art security features, like Web Application Firewalls, the latest version of the Transport Layer Security protocol (1.3) on all communications, in-depth defenses at ingress and egress, anonymization (and encryption at AES-256) of all persisted data, and complete logging.
Single-Tenant
With a single-tenant solution, we deploy your chatbot instance within a dedicated Google Cloud Platform project and Virtual Private Cloud. This architecture provides complete network and resource segregation, ensuring your data and operations are fully contained while our team handles the underlying infrastructure management. This approach delivers the security assurances of a private environment with the operational and efficiency benefits of a managed service. We can implement a single tenant solution in less than a few weeks.
Multi-Tenant
Our multi-tenant solution segregates each customer's data by network. Storage specific keys, encrypted with the AES-256 standard, are rotated every 90 days and irreversibly deleted through crypto-shredding when required. We can implement a multi-tenant solution for a customer in just a few days. All of our hosted solutions use state of the art security features, like Web Application Firewalls, the latest version of the Transport Layer Security protocol (1.3) on all communications, in-depth defenses at ingress and egress, anonymization (and encryption at AES-256) of all persisted data, and complete logging.
Security (On-Premise Solutions)
What if you want, say, our chatbot to run only inside your company's architecture? We have two solutions for that, too. Both kinds of on-premise solutions require much more effort to install than hosted solutions, and and in many cases the complexity is a function of the customer's environment.
Evinced-Assisted
Here, we deploy our platform directly within your own cloud environment. This model ensures the chatbot stack inherits your existing security posture and perimeter controls. Evinced acts as an operational partner, leveraging access to your development environment to guarantee configuration parity between development and production environments. This shared responsibility model combines your control over the infrastructure with our expertise in managing the application. While you own the network perimeter (WAF, firewall rules) and key management, we enforce end-to-end TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption within the software.
Customer-Managed
By contrast, our customer-managed deployment is solely handled by you. We provide complete sovereign control over the chatbot platform by deploying our software within your own cloud environment , managed entirely by your teams. Evinced provides a secure, hardened, single-configuration package, and your team takes full ownership of its implementation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring maximum alignment with your internal security and governance mandates. We provide the secure software foundation, enforcing end-to-end TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption, while you manage its deployment and everything else.
